Shipping
All prices are noted in the checkout process of the shopping cart. All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Shipping times depend on the destination and can range from 2 to 10 business days in Canada.
Some shipments may require a signature upon arrival and you will receive an email from Canada Post with the tracking details soon after the order has been picked up.
U.S. orders are shipped through Canada Post which gets taken over by USPS once it crosses the border within one or two business days. You will receive an email from Canada Post with the tracking number which you can use on USPS web site once the package has entered the U.S. Shipping times are around 5 business days to most addresses in the U.S. but can take a few days longer depending on U.S. Customs.
Returns:
All in store sales are final. For online sales we will accept returns for any reason for exchange, or for a full refund minus the shipping charge. The return must be un-used and in the original packaging and condition within 14 days.
All warranty issues have to go through the manufacturer regardless of the brand.
Blade centering on folding knives is not considered a defect.
If you believe there is a problem that might be a warranty issue, contact us and we will give you the manufacturer's direct contact info.
Items will not be accepted by Warriors and Wonders without a Return Authorization. Please email or phone us with your concerns prior to returning your goods.
