Shipping
All prices are noted in the checkout process of the shopping cart. All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Shipping times depend on the destination and can range from 2 to 10 business days in Canada.
Some shipments may require a signature upon arrival and a tracking number is available upon request.
Returns:
We will accept items for return or exchange within 14 days. Unfortunately the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. No swords will be allowed as returns if the edge of the blade shows contact with another sword, or any target not considered suitable for cutting practice under Martial Arts environment, period. This inludes tree branches! In all such cases, you may contact the manufacturer directly.
Items will not be accepted by Warriors and Wonders without a Return Authorization. Please email or phone us with your concerns prior to returning your goods.
