Wow. You wouldn't know it from the pictures, but these are BEEFY blades. The steel is easily a good 3/16" thick!

The blade is rock solid, with a vicious slicing edge. It'll cut and carve like you wouldn't believe. Not the best choice for piercing work, as a somewhat blunt tip and the MASSIVE girth of the blade give it roughly the same sort of penetrating ability as a hammer.

Overall, an awesome blade that will stand up to absolutely any and all abuse you could possibly throw at it (I have crowbars more delicate!), just be aware that it's very much built for a specific sort of work.
