COVID-19 Updates

Due to the current ongoing public health situation, we are making changes to how we operate our business temporarily. As events change day to day, we will do our best to update you when we can. Thank you for your ongoing support and business.

Vancouver Store:
Our retail store is closed until further notice.

- New Customers: If you are placing your first or second order with us, please consider checking out via PayPal at this time. You do not need a PayPal account. Some banks are currently unable to provide the security check used by our system to process credit card orders. If you place an order with credit card and we are unable to process it, the order will be placed on hold and you will be sent a PayPal email invoice.

Online Sales:
- We are still accepting and processing online orders, however due to reduced staff orders may take longer than normal to be processed and shipped.

- If possible please use PayPal as payment. This will avoid delays from declined cards and processing issues, and allow us to process orders quicker.

- Due to high volumes, we will not be able to process last minute cancelations and changes to any order.

- Orders will not be held longer than 5 days for any reason. Please check your email as we will contact you if there is an issue with your order. If we do not hear from you, the order will be cancelled.

-We have temporarily stopped accepting orders for Benchmade Custom products. If you have already made a custom design throught the Benchmade website please hold on to your screenshots and URL information and send it to us once ordering has resumed.

- As we are operating with reduced staff, please only call or email for important and order-related issues. If an issue is urgent, please call as emails may take longer than 72 hours to be responded to.

Shipping Times:
- Please be aware that shipping times are taking longer than normal. We do our best to get order shipped out within 2-4 business days, however shipping times may take longer than you are used to as Canada Post deals with delays and extra volume; this is out of our control. Thank you for your patience and thank you for your ongoing business.

 4/20/20: Canada Post is seeing more delays all over the country. Please note that order will take longer than normal to reach you and tracking may not update for a few days.

5/26/20: Please note that our retail store will remain closed until further notice as we are still understaffed and very busy. Any changes or updates will be posted as soon as we have more information. Online sales continue.

6/22/20: Canada Post is still have significant delays in some areas. Please allow at least one extra week beyond the expected delivery to pass before contacting us regarding a parcel that has not been delivered.
