COVID-19 Updates

Due to the current ongoing public health situation, we are making changes to how we operate our business. As events change day to day, we will do our best to update you when we can. Thank you for your ongoing support and business.

Vancouver Store:
Our retail store is now open for pickup only 10am - 5pm. Orders must be placed in advance online or by phone. There is no browsing at this time.

- New Customers: If you are placing your first or second order with us, please consider checking out via PayPal at this time. You do not need a PayPal account. If you place an order with credit card and we are unable to process it, the order will be placed on hold and you will be sent a PayPal email invoice.

*We are currently unable to process cards issued Collabria. For these cards, please use paypal.**

Online Sales:
- We are still accepting and processing online orders, however due to reduced staff orders may take longer than normal to be processed and shipped.

- If possible please use PayPal as payment. This will avoid delays from declined cards and processing issues, and allow us to process orders quicker.

- Due to high volumes, we will not be able to process last minute cancelations and changes to any order.

- Orders will not be held longer than 5 days for any reason, unless we are waiting for a money order. Please check your email as we will contact you if there is an issue with your order. If we do not hear from you, the order will be cancelled.

- As we are operating with reduced staff, please only call or email for important and order-related issues. If an issue is urgent, please call between 10am-4pm as emails may take longer than 48 hours to be responded to.

Shipping Times:
- Please be aware that shipping times are taking longer than normal. We do our best to get order shipped out within 2 business days, however shipping times may take longer than you are used to as Canada Post deals with delays and extra volume; this is out of our control. Thank you for your patience and thank you for your ongoing business.

Regular policies apply. The 14 day return period is calculated from the day you receive the parcel to the day you contact us to initiate the return. Longer than normal mailtimes will not affect your eligibility to return anything.  Our store remains closed, however we can arrange in-person drop off if requested, please call or email us beforehand.

Our retail store remains closed until further notice. Canada Post is still having some delays in shipping, but for the most part items are now arriving on time.
