Canada Post Strike

[November 19th, 2018]

To begin easing long delays in shipping by Canada Post, starting November 20th, select routes which have shown extra long delays will be shipping via Fed Ex. This excludes PO Box addresses and most western addresses, which will ship via Canada Post. We will be using both services for the time being.

We are continuing to monitor the strike situation and will post updates as they become available. Currently customers should know that delays will occur with shipping times with Canada Post.

Thank You.

[October 26th, 2018]

CanadaPost rotating strikes have shut down service in Vancouver for today (Friday October 26th). As a result, all orders placed Thursday afternoon/evening and Friday will be delayed by at least one day, and should be shipping out Monday.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

[October 16th, 2018]

As you may be aware, Canada Post has announce a 72-hour Strike notice as of this morning. This means that they will begin rotating strike in different areas while they proceed with negotiations.

This means that while Canada Post will continue to deliver parcels, normal delivery times will be delayed longer than normal. Unfortunately durign this uncertain time, we will not be able to guarentee delivery times as it will be out of our control until we have more information on how the struike will proceed. We will continue to accept and ship orders and will update this page as more information becomes available.

We are hoping that they can avoid a full work stoppage, so the country can go back to its business.

If you have any questions about this, give us a call at 604-875-1867 during business hours.
