5 outta 5 Stars. When you take this shovel out of the sheath two things are immediately apparent: 1) Heavy Duty Construction and 2) It feels & looks more like a weapon than a shovel. All the edges are filed to a razor edge. Seriously, I'm sure you could shave with this thing. This purchase was for my nephews for backpacking & gold panning. I actually took a file & ground the edges down cause the edges were so crazy sharp and I didn't want them accidentally cutting themselves.
