This is an outstanding piece and now one of my new favourites. Sharp out of the box. Fit and finish are very good -everything lines up the way it's supposed to and the wood gives it a nice warm look (and it's less "scary" to the non-knife carriers you encounter). Fits perfectly in my size 9 hands, but the handle pattern should be friendly for smaller hands as well. Top quality soft leather sleeve. This is my first non-locking, non-slip-joint, and I don't miss having a locking mechanism with this design.
