I purchased a Kershaw 3445 Static KVT Stainless Steel Folder but the belt clip was on the wrong side for me. I contacted staff and they recommended the Kershaw TX-tool. Once it arrived I attempted to remove the TORX screws but the head stripped on the first attempt. I contacted staff and they recommended that I send it back. I mistakenly returned it COD and after 10 days sitting on a post office shelf it is now being shipped back to me because no one from Blades Canada would pick it. I DO NOT recommend purchasing this sub standard product. Thank you to staff for your poor product recommendation.
